Everyone in India is looking for a job, this is a very common factor for everyone.
When a student pass his or her graduation year or in last year of gradation there first and last target is Fresher Jobs . Every fresher looks for top notch companies to work, TCS, WIPRO,IBM Inofsys,HCL are some biggest brand in india where every student want to work even every professional wants to work in these big brands
But its not easy to get selected in these companies, Jobs for Freshers is not an easy way in these companies, students have to work very hard.
All students must have a vast knowledge of Theory and Practical subject. In college time every student get most of theoretical knowledge then practical knowledge.
Theory part will help them to clear written interview rounds and HR Rounds.
The Practical knowledge will help them to clear Technical Interview Round.
Every company take a written, technical and HR interview for Freshers where every fresher have to show what they best can do to get selected.
First every student search for Fresher jobs in on-campus or off-campus interviews. If they do not get selected then they go for some big job sites like indianfresher.com or Yuvajobs.com where they search for Fresher jobs and then apply for them.
After applying form these site if there resume get selected then they have to go through for written and technical rounds and that's the final step for them to get there dream job
So if you are a fresher then increase your practical and theoretical both knowledge on hi level because by only theoretical knowledge you can not get your dream job..
